It is hard to believe that the end of the school year is upon us. For many, it has been another tumultuous and challenging school year and I am sure that this will be a welcomed summer holiday break. We can only hope that during this transition a new and better school year, our new normal, is on the horizon.

The power of Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs)

In 2015 the United Nations General Assembly designed a set of 17 goals called the Sustainable Development Goals. Growing up as an athlete and participating in sports has been a large part of my life since the fourth grade. Sports teach us many life lessons, and I learned early on the most important trait was to hustle.

Over the past few weeks, I have been sharing videos of commencement speeches highlighting the achievements of the graduates of 2022.
